Senior Sharepoint Developer

Job Description

• Meet clients to understand requirements.
• Architect and design solutions based on SharePoint technologies.
• Program SharePoint solutions like SPFx, SharePoint Add-ins, Sharepoint apps, etc.
• Develop and maintain SQL Code like tables, stored procedures, etc.
• Unit testing of developed modules and their effect on other parts of the system.
• Communicate with clients frequently.

Skills Required

• This job requires direct communication with client and hence excellent oral / written communication skill is a must.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing SharePoint applications.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in developing SPFx applications.
• Should be able to develop SharePoint applications within estimated timelines.
• Excellent knowledge of one of the JavaScript frameworks like React, Handlebars, Knockout, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Good knowledge on JavaScript, HTML, CSS regardless the front-end framework being used.
• Ability to think from client perspective about a problem.
• Ability to solve complex software issues.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Ability to write clean, easy to understand code.
• Ability to design databasae tables, writing complex queries, store procedures, functions, triggers, etc.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and complete projects with minimal supervision.
• Sound understanding of coding and development processes.
• Experience with working in an agile environment.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like SVN and Git.
• Self-motivated.

Preferred

• Familarity with SPFx exensions
• Relevant Microsoft Certifications.
• Familarity with some other .net front end technologies like WinForms, WPF, ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.Net Core, Xamarin, etc.
• Familarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Azure Cosmos DB, etc.
• Familarity with Power Apps, Azure, Other Cloud tehnologies, etc.
